As we enter the holiday shopping season it feels like we see another "fastest Android phone" announced every other week. However, this year it is pretty clear that the fastest Android phones will be powered by Qualcomm's new Snapdragon S4 Pro chip. So far we have seen Xiaomi and LG announce Android phones with this new quad-core chip, but we only expect that LG will bring a device to the United States.
